Our Story:

One in Christ is a church which truly believes in the unity of believers in Christ.

Our church is the result of a merger between 2 local churches --- Verde Valley Evangelical Free Church & Mingus Baptist Church

Both of these churches had a history of effective ministry in Cottonwood and are now joyfully ministering together.

We have these affiliations with the larger body of Christ:

• The Evangelical Free Church of America – a fellowship of local churches across America www.EFCA.org
• EFCA West – Our district fellowship of local EFCA churches in California, Arizona, New Mexico and parts of Nevada and Texas www.efcawest.org
• Transformation Ministries – Our district fellowship of local American Baptist churches in the Pacific southwest www.transmin.org

We also host on our campus the following ministries:

• Cornerstone Christian Academy – a Christian high school and junior high www.cstonecainaz.org
• Alcoholics Anonymous “12 Step Group” – Wednesday nights
• Cottonwood Community Church – Saturday morning
